Take 5 Oil Change

The past 3 times I’ve been here for an oil change Toussant has been very professional and courteous. He takes his time explaining things and it looks like he enjoys his job. Today I had Nick working on it too. His customer service is also awesome.

The customer service here is unmatched. Every employee i interacted with was so friendly. I didnt feel pressured to upgrade. They simply gave me info and let me choose. They also gave recommendations when I had questions but without being pushy. I highly recommend. My main interactions were with Zack and I think Nick (assistant manager). Hoping their boss knows they've got great employees!

I was greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water. There were 3 guys working. All three were friendly but I only really interacted with 2 of them. They didn’t push any additional services or equipment. I was in and out fast and will be back. See ya in about 3-4000 miles 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 I didn’t want to be a weirdo and take pictures of the fellas working, so here’s one useless pic I took 🤣

I always get my oil changed here! As a woman typically I get up sold or encouraged to buy something I don’t need and not only does this place not do that but they sit there and actually explain everything they’re doing. It’s a good price and I absolutely love the workers there every time I go! Highly recommend!

They were extremely helpful! I had always taken my car to the dealership for oil changes and will definitely be going to Take 5 instead. The three guys that changed my oil were fast, polite and knowledgeable. I was curious about the machine they use to remove the oil, it looked like it belonged in a hospital, and they took the time to explain the machine's uses and how it's operated. I'll be going back soon for sure, I have 3 months to get a free top off on the air in my tires as well as the other fluids!
